Folkston Funnel

This weekend was my trip down to the swamps of South Georgia. Despite what the Accidental Commuter says, I loved the place! Neill drove us past a great old Victorian home a five minute walk from the Funnel. I could see myself living there, swinging on the porch, having a mint julep, and waiting on the train to bring me a new dress and the mail.

  5. I saw my mom this evening and she asked me how your trip to Waycross went. She used to go to Girl Scout camp at the state park where you stayed : ) Anyway, she asked if you rode the train through the Okefenokee Swamp Park and told me that one of her cousins had a huge part in convincing folks to get that train up and running. I thought that you might get a kick out of that.

  6. I considered it, but I figured it might make a good road trip for One & Two. Two hasn't been to the Funnel yet, what kind of nonsense is that?
